Big news, New York!
Starting October 9, 2026, Eccentric Bagel Chips will officially be on the shelves at Pop Up Grocer, 205 Bleecker Street in the West Village.
If you haven’t been, Pop Up Grocer is not your typical grocery store. It’s one of New York’s go-to spots for discovering new and emerging food brands, which makes being selected for their shelves especially exciting for us.
For a little brand that started on Shelter Island, seeing our bags on Bleecker Street is a pretty big deal.
The bagel chip, reinvented
Every Eccentric Bagel Chip starts as a real bagel, made from scratch in small batches. We slice them, brush them with olive oil, and bake them until perfectly crunchy.
No seed oils. Not fried. Just a real bagel turned into a seriously addictive snack.
You’ll find us in the Puffs + Crunch section and under the Seed-Oil Free filter on the Pop Up Grocer website.
