Bagel and sea salt. Nothing in the way. This is the one where you taste the bake.

Perfect for a charcuterie board, and for anything else where the chip isn't the point. Hummus. Spinach dip. A soft cheese that needs a vehicle with no opinions of its own.

How they're made. Every bag starts with our artisan bagels, made in our Shelter Island kitchen. Sliced thin and rebaked. That's where the crunch comes from.

The second bake is the whole trick. It pulls the moisture out slowly. You get a snap, not a crumble.

No fryer. Olive oil, no seed oils. Small batch.

Every bag is nitrogen-flushed and sealed. Oxygen is what turns a chip soft, so we push it out before the bag closes.
